Imagine The Minds of 99 and Oh Land breaking out of 14 days of isolation, meeting Kate Bush in a sun-drenched parking lot. That’s where the inspiration behind Ida Lilja’s sound lies—grand and poppy, yet organic and deeply personal. Think singable synth leads, punk-inspired drums, and a distinct Nordic tone.
Sound and lyrics pulse with intensity, inviting reflection and encouraging us to find strength in our vulnerability—embracing both the difficult and the life-affirming.
